Volunteers are at the heart of our disability organisation. Every year over 150 volunteers contribute over 10,000 hours of their time lending their support to people with intellectual disabilities. Without the ongoing commitment of our community of volunteers, Inclusion Melbourne would be unable to offer the individualised affordable services that are so clearly valued by our clients, their families and disability carers.

On average, for every one disability support worker there are ten volunteers, and for every person we support there are two volunteers.

The Board

Inclusion Melbourne is governed by a voluntary board of management. The board is
ultimately responsible for the management and conduct of our organisation. It sets the strategic direction to enable Inclusion Melbourne to work towards achieving its vision of community inclusion for people with disabilities.
